Our Registration system is totally online and paperless. Using the online registration system simplifies the process of registering a player, reduces the use of volunteers, relieves stress on parents and reduces costs.

Online Paperless Player Registration can be done in five easy steps:

  1. Fill-out a player registration form. The first step in the online paperless player registration process is to fill-in all of the required fields. After all of the above criteria is complete, submit the information to be processed.

  2. Verification of player information. The screen will display a confirmation message once the submitted registrant's application is processed. A link at the top of the screen will direct the registrant to the secure online payment solution.

  3. Online payment solution on a secure site. At this point, the registrant is ready to pay the player fee by online check or credit card payment. Select a payment option and provide all of the required information. After payment is complete, a printable receipt is displayed on the screen for confirmation of payment.

  4. Multiple players. Fill-out the additional registration forms if more than one registrant was selected.

  5. Complete. A message denoting completion of the registration process is displayed on the screen. Print this page so that each registrant will have their Player ID, which is linked to the online payment receipt.
