Limit of 12 players per session
$70 per player
 
Spring 2012 Pre-K Soccer
Regular Registration: Open now - April 20, 2012 (or Full)
Limit of 20 players per session
$85 per player
Note that specific locations are tentative, and any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION


  • Late Registrations:
    • Recreational Soccer: - Registrations received on or after 12:01AM on March 14 (March 22 for U6/U7), 2012 will be considered late, and a $15.00 late registration fee will be applied to the player's registration.
    • After the first games begin, families interested in registering late for Spring soccer must contact the ASA Registrar at registrar@arlingtonsoccer.com or 703-801-7345 to determine if space is available.

  • Payment:
    • Payment for registration fees may be paid with a credit card, check, or money order. No cash, please. If you choose to pay by check or money order, please make it payable to Arlington Soccer Association and mail it with a copy of your registration to:

    • Note that your child will not be registered until payment is received. If your child is not registered, he or she will not be assigned to a team.

  • Refund Policy (please check the box to indicate your agreement):
    • No refunds will be given after the first game or the first session of a camp or clinic. While rare, if the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limits our program in any way, no refunds or other adjustments will be made. All refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee ($12.50 for Academy refunds) to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.

  • Financial Aid:
    • ASA is committed to ensuring that all children can play soccer regardless of their family's financial resources. To apply for financial aid, please fill out the ASA Financial Aid Request Form (English Version or Spanish Version) and submit a copy of one of the following:
      • Certification for Free or Reduced Lunch Program
      • Certification for Food Stamps
    • If you are going to submit an ASA Financial Aid Request Form and a copy of one of the required documents, please select the option Financial Aid in the payment options. Note that your child will not be registered until payment and forms with documentation are received.

  • Player Placement:
    • All players will be placed on teams on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the registration date. Players who are registered late may not be placed on the same team from last season if the team is full. Player placement is done on a first-come, first served basis, and spots cannot be held open for players who wait to register until later in the process. ASA provides no guarantees regarding player placement on specific teams or the completion of all games in a season.

Step 1: Check to see if the player already exists in the database (Check Player)
Step 2: Enter information on the Player Registration page (Info Entry)
Step 3: Review the information on the Summary page (Info Review)
Step 4: Select and put in payment information (Select Payment)
Step 5: View and print the Certificate of Registration page PLUS Complete Volunteer Application (Confirm Reg. + Volunteer App.)
