Requests to withdraw must be made to the Intramural Program Director. A full refund will be given for requests made by 5/31.

In order to complete online registration, the player's parent must:

1) Complete all required information for each player.

2) If paying by check, print the Certificate of Registration and enclose a copy when you mail payment.
If you are paying by mail-in check, the mailing address will be included in your confirmation at the end of this application.

3) If paying by credit card, print the Certificate of Registration for yourself.
If you are paying by credit card (Mastercard and Visa only), your payment authorization will be required at the end of this application.

4) Players new to Harleysville Soccer must send a copy of their birth certificates to the mailing address listed on their Certificate of Registration.
