SUNDAY SOCCER PROGRAM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS PRE-K THROUGH 8TH GRADE Program Overview Kehillah OYR Sunday Soccer is an intramural program that instructs boys and girls, pre-K through 8th grade, in the basics of soccer. The pre-K program meets between 11 am and 12:00 pm; all other grades meet between the hours of 1 pm and 5 pm divided into three sessions. All practices and games are held on the Mandell Campus. Participants will be exposed to game skills, game strategy & the importance of teamwork. Most of all, they will meet new friends and have fun! All children receive equal playing time. Schedule The 2010 Soccer Schedule is September 12 - November 21 (11 consecutive Sundays) Pricing First Child ... $80 Each additional child ... $65 (to get this discount, you must register all children prior to paying so that payment is processed once) Registration and fees are due by: June 22, 2010 After June 22th, a $35 late fee per child will be added. Late registration is subject to team space availability. For our league to run smoothly, we urge you to register by the June 22, 2010 deadline. We are a community run league managed by volunteers. Be sure to register the player for whom you intend to volunteer as the first player in your family. You may volunteer for one or more of your players. There is a $30 per family fee if you choose to not volunteer. Capacity Space is limited. Please sign up as soon as possible. We reserve the right to close registration. Refunds Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the registrar in writing (email is acceptable) and state the circumstance for consideration.

In order to complete online registration, the player's parent must:

1)	Complete all required information for each player.
2)	Registration fees are paid by credit card only. Please be prepared to pay with your Mastercard, Visa or Discover card when you submit this application.
3)	Print the Certificate of Registration.
