Tournament Registration Steps:
Step 1: Complete the Organization Contact Form.
Step 2: Print the Certificate of Registration Page for your records, as your Tournament Database log-in and instructions are included on it.
Step 3: Log into the Database to complete the following: Edit Organization Contact Information, Add/View/Withdraw Teams Before Deadline, Print Tournament Invoice
To Edit Organization Information:
From the Main Menu options select Access Data and Click on the Continue Button. In the upper left-hand corner, select Organization as your Data Type and click on the Sort button. Your organization should show in the middle of your screen. Click on the circle to the left of your organization and click on the View Application button. Edit your organization record as needed and click on the Save Changes button.
To Enter/View/Withdraw a Team By The Deadline:
In the upper left-hand corner, select Team as your Data Type, Age Groups as All Age Groups, and click on the Sort button. The Add A Team button should show in the middle of your screen. Click on the Add A Team button, complete the team information, and click on Save Changes. Repeat this step for each team.
If you need to edit any team information, click on the circle to the left of the appropriate team, and click on the View Application button. Edit your team record as needed and click on the Save Changes button.
Once you have completed entering all of your organization's teams, go back to view the list of all of your teams and click on the Invoice Teams button.
To Print Your Organization's Invoice:
In the upper left-hand corner, select Invoices as your Data Type and click on the Sort button. Click on the PDF icon (after the invoice date and time stamp), and a pop-up window with the invoice will come up. NOTE: Make sure that pop-up windows are enabled on your browser. Click on print from your browser menu bar or the Crtl + P keys on your keyboard to print the invoice.
Until the designated deadline by the club, the organization will be able to log into this Database to add and withdrawn teams. Each time this is done (and specifically when you ADD teams), you will need to click on the Invoice Teams button under Teams Data Type page and then switch to the Invoice Data Type page to print your additional invoices for your added teams.
