* Player and Uniform Fees are non-refundable
* Player Fee includes a $40 capital improvement fee
* Uniform Fees are not included in the above payment schedule
* There is a $15.00 late fee for payments not received by scheduled due dates

RKYSC will charge $30.00 for all returned checks.

Late payments may result in pulling the player's pass, making the player ineligible to participate in league games, tournament games, and team practices.

In order to successfully submit your balance payment information you must:

1) Complete all requested information for each player
2) Complete the credit card payment
3) Print the Certificate of Registration Page
