Scholarships:

  • No one will be turned away due to financial need. Scholarships are available on request to all players who qualify for reduced-price school lunches.

    Fairfax County has changed their policy and will only provide 52% of Club scholarship request. LMVSC through donations will provide the balance.
  • Refund Policy:

  • There will be no refund unless your child could not be placed on a team.
  • FAMILY FEE MAXIMUM:

  • A family fee maximum of $140 for all registrations done at the same time. The family max only applies to the LMVSC's Recreational Program. The $140 does not include the $5.50 per player County Application fee.
  • Library Registration:

  • February 5, 2011, 10:00 - 1:00 Kingstown, John Marshall and Sherwood Hall Libraries
  • Important Dates:
    After you have registered, you will hear from your child's coach after the listed scheduled coach's meeting. Please make a note of the following dates.

  • Feb 17th - Travel Coaches Meeting
  • March 7th- AA/AAA/A Coach's Meeting
  • March 8th - C and D2 Coach's Meeting
  • March 9th D1 and E Coach's Meeting
  • April 2 - 1st game of the season- 1st Mini Kickers Session
  • April 9th - picture day
  • April 18 - 22 - Fairfax County Spring break
  • April 24th - no game - Easter Weekend
  • Divisions:

    Mini Kickers
    Players MUST be 4 years old as of the first scheduled session. Mini Kickers will meet Saturday mornings. The program is a developmental program for players 4 years of age. The program introduces 4 year-olds to soccer related fundamental skills, which takes into consideration specific motor skill development in a noncompetitive environment.

    E Divisions
    Kindergarten players MUST be 5 as of the first scheduled game OR players must have graduated from one session of the Mini Kickers. Teams are limited to eight players; play six games, 4-vs.-4; have one practice a week, seven games. The E Division format will consist of 4 v 4 without a goal keeper.

    D Division 1st Graders
    1st grade teams will have 10 players; play eight games, 5 vs 5; have one practice a week. The D Division 1st graders format will consist of 5 v 5 without a goal keeper.

    D division 2nd Graders
    2nd grade teams will have 10 players; play eight games, 6 V 6; have one practice a week. The D Division 2nd graders format will consist of 6 v 6 with a goal keeper.

    C Division
    3rd/4th grade teams are limited to 12 players; play eight games, 8 vs 8; have two practices per week.

    B Divisions
    5th/6th grade teams are limited to 12 players; play eight games, 8 v 8; have two practices per week.

    A Divisions
    7th/8th grade teams are limited to 18 players; play eight games, 11-vs.-11; have two practices per week.

    AA and AAA divisions
    High school players play nine games through the Suburban Friendship League.

    NOTE: Teams are formed on first-come, first-served basis, so please register early!

    Important Certificate of Registration

  • After you complete the Player Registration Form inlcuding online payment information, you will click on the "submit" button; please be patient at that point because it can take awhile for your information to be processed; please do not click on the "submit" button a second time.
  • Once the form is processed, you will receive a Certificate of Registration
  • If for any reason your payment is not approved, or you are kicked off the browser, please re-register.
  • If we cannot confirm payment, you will be required to pay the registration fee again.
  • If you do not receive a Certificate of Registration, your registration is not valid.
  • All registration forms from this page are on secure sites!!!

    LMVSC has contracted with YLUSA and Authorize.net to electronically process credit card payments online.

    All parents are required to either volunteer or pay a $15 fee. Please choose whether or not you will volunteer. If you do not, a $15 donation will be added to your registration fees. Please be advised; no coaches are needed for Mini Kickers.
