This is an open registration to district and non-district residents from January 2, 2018 through January 17, 2018.


**PLAY UPS AND PLAY DOWNS**

If you wish to play your child up or down an age group:
- Come to the office during the registration dates to complete a Play Up/Play Down Form.
- Requests for Play Ups during limited registrations will be considered only after registration closes, if space is available, and in the order in which they were received.
- A request can only be made to play the child up one year.
- If there is a difference in the registration fee of the two groups, the difference will be collected at the time of the request in the office.
- Request for Play Downs are rarely granted and usually only in medical situations. Request will be reviewed by the staff and may or may not be granted. Medical documentation is required.

* REFUND POLICY: Until the draft, refunds are given upon request less a $5.00 handling fee. Between the draft and the second game, a refund request is not guaranteed. However, we will issue a refund during this time if a child from the waiting list accepts the open spot. When the waiting list child is registered, we will issue a refund to the child dropping from the league less the $5.00 handling fee once the uniform has been returned (if already issued). After the second game of the season is played, we do not issue refunds for ANY reason.

In order to successfully complete registration you must:

1) Select a sport for registration.
2) Complete all requested information for each player.
3) Complete the online payment transaction.

4) Print the Certificate of Registration page
