This form can be used to add additional teams to your membership organization.

As part of the form, you are required to enter a team name for each additional team being registered. Once you have entered all additional teams with team name, you are ready to submit your Additional Teams Application with payment (online credit card or mail-in check).

All applications are required to be received by midnight of the following deadlines:
Baseball - Shetland, Pinto, Mustang, Bronco and Pony is May 1, 2013
Baseball - Colt, Colt-Palomino and Palomino is June 1, 2013
Softball - Shetland, Pinto, Mustang, Bronco and Pony is May 1, 2013
Softball - Colt and Palomino is June 1, 2013.

You will be provided a summary review and the ability to print sport, team type, league with respective fee and a total for verification.
