Spring Branch - Memorial Sports Association.

SUMMER FOOTBALL 7 ON 7 REGISTRATION PERIOD IS FROM MAY 1, 2008 UNTIL JULY 5, 2008.

FOOTBALL REGISTRATION PERIOD IS FROM MAY 1, 2008 UNTIL AUGUST 20, 2008.

SOCCER REGISTRATION PERIOD IS FROM JUNE 18, 2008 UNTIL AUGUST 30, 2008.

SUMMER BASEBALL REGISTRATION PERIOD IS FROM MAY 23, 2008 UNTIL JUNE 22, 2008

REFUNDS:
There are no refunds after the close of registration. If requested before the close of registration, you will receive a refund, less a $25 administration fee.

In order to successfully complete registration you must:

1) Select a sport for registration.

2) Complete all requested information for each player.

3) Complete the appropriate payment option
(Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover).

4) Print the Certificate of Registration page

YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE
A VALID CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

Make Sure Your Computer & Browser Meet The Following Requirements!

You will need current browsers (Internet Explorer 5.01 or Netscape Communicator 4.08 or newer).

Do not use Apple/Macintosh Computers to register online.

Select a Sport for your First Registrant:

Any donation amount that you reflect on your registration form will be applied towards the program for which you are registering.

3)	Complete the appropriate payment option (Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover).
4)	Print the Certificate of Registration page
