IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • There are NO refunds after March 4, 2011.
  • $5 discount for on-line registration before January 24, 2011.
  • $5 discount for second and subsequent siblings registered during the same online session.
  • $10 late fee for on-line registration after January 23, 2011.

In order to successfully submit your registration information you must:

1) Complete all required information for each player
2) Complete the appropriate payment option
3) Print the Certificate of Registration page
