Annual membership dues are as follows and must be paid prior to participation
in a United States Fastpitch Association sanctioned event:

• $25.00 if team membership application is completed online and paid by online credit card
• $35.00 if team membership is completed online without online credit card payment
  or team application is received by mail with appropriate payment.

You will receive your Sanction Certificate & Rule book, and your team's name will be published on the USFA National Site.
