Umpire Registration Fee: $40.00 (with Insurance Purchase).

This fee includes all necessary registration forms and rulebooks that will be needed. Insurance is provided through USFA via Chappell Insurance Agency, Inc. The insurance is good for any Umpire event that the Umpire participates in.
