Refund Policy:
If the child cannot be placed, you will receive a refund. No other refund will be issued without a written request prior to the first game of the season.
In order to complete online registration, the player's parent must:
| 1) | Complete all required information for each player. |
| 2) | Complete the appropriate payment option. |
| 3) | Print the Certificate of Registration. |
YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE WHEN YOU RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
