Refund Policy:
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the Registrar if you wish to be considered.
Important Note: Payment MUST accompany your completed registration form. Your child cannot be assigned to a team until payment is received in full.
In order to complete online registration, the player's parent must:
| 1) | Complete all required information for each player. |
| 2) | Complete the appropriate payment option. |
| 3) | Print the Certificate of Registration. |
YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE WHEN YOU RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
