Fairfax county has imposed a $8.00 per player administrative fee for rectangular field use and $5.50 for gym use, per season, effective Aug 1, 2016
Sports Scholarships (Financial Aid): If you qualify for the school lunch program or other public assistance, you may qualify for the youth Sports Scholarship Program.
NOTE FOR OUT OF COUNTY RESIDENTS:
The county imposes a $30 per player fee for field and gym use, per season, for players residing out of Fairfax County. Due to the increase of out of county participants BAC will be charging out of county residents this fee at the time of registration.
Certificate of Registration Information
After completing the Player Registration Form including online payment information, click the "submit" button one time only. Please be patient. It may take a while for your information to be processed.
If for any reason your payment is not approved, or you are kicked off the browser, please re-register.
All registration forms from this page are on secure sites.
Once the form is processed, including the payment option, you will receive a Certificate of Registration.
Birth Certificate Verification
Many of our sports require proof of birth. BAC will be verifying birth certificates for all players who participate in a sport which requires proof of birth. You will be contacted via e-mail if it is necessary for us to verify your child's birth certificate. A child's birth certificate will only need to be verified one time.
Refund Requests must be made in writing, via US Postal Service or by email to email@example.com weeks prior to the first game or camp session. Refunds will be issued as followed:
Waitlisted players that cannot be placed on a team will receive a full refund.
Early and on-time players that request to drop 2 weeks prior to the first game will be charged a $25 fee to cover overhead and administrative fees.
Late registrants requesting a refund 2 weeks prior to the first game, will receive amount paid less the late fee and the $25 fee to cover overhead and administrative fees.
Administrative fees, donations, and late fees are not refundable.
Refund requests not made at least 2 weeks prior to the first scheduled game will not be honored.
Field Hockey refund requests must be made two weeks prior to the first session date.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your request.
Follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
Select a sport for registration.
Complete all requested information for each player.
After registering all players, complete the online payment transaction form via our secured site.

Print the Certificate of Registration page.
YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
