  • On-Line Registration is open until February 17, 2013.

  • Live Registration at Mechanicsville Little League:
    • Saturday, January 26th - 9:00am to 1:00pm

  • ATTENTION NEW PLAYERS: We must see an original birth certificate. It is requirement by Little League International. Please bring in during the in house registration date or on February 16, 2013 (Evaluation Day). This needs to occur before practices begin on March 11, 2013.

  • Registraton Fees:
    • Baseball and Softball: $95 per player with a maximum of $285 per family

  • Fundraiser Requirement Options (each player must choose one):
    1. Participate: Sell a minimum of 7 items and compete for prizes for most sold. If you have more than 2 children, only 2 children need to participate.
    2. Opt Out: $40.00 per child with a maximum of $80.00 per family. If you plan on participating in the fundraiser and have more than 2 children, only 2 children need to participate.

  • Payment Options:
    • Pay On-Line: Our on-line system will accept Visa and MasterCard
    • Check: You may mail your check but your registration will be on hold until payment is received. See above for mailing address

  • Late Fees: $25 late fee (per family) begins February 17, 2013

  • Refund Policy:
    • All refunds will be subject to a $10 processing fee
    • Up to February 17th: Full Refund
    • February 18th through March 11th: 50% Refund
    • After March 11th: No Refund
    • NOTE: Opt-Out fees for fundraising will NOT be refunded

  • Uniforms:
    • Ages 4 10: Hat and shirt are provided; pants, socks and belts may be purchased through MLL
    • Ages 11 & up: Hat, shirt, pants, socks and belt provided

  • Player Evaluations: (ONLY for players age 7 16): February 16th, time to be determined

  • Volunteers: We need you!! We are a volunteer organization and can not survive without your help. Please sign up.

Follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
1) Select the status for registration.
2) Complete all requested information for each player.
3) After registering all players, complete the online payment transaction form via our secured site.
* - Visa and MasterCard accepted.
4) Print the Certificate of Registration page.
5) Or print the on-line certificate and mail your check to the above address or drop off in person at one of the in-person registration dates. As a reminder, there is NO discount for payments not made on-line and there may be a late fee assessed regardless of registration date if payment is not received on time.
