In order to successfully complete registration you must:

1) Select a sport for registration.
2) Complete all requested information for each player.
3) Complete the online payment transaction.

4) Print the Certificate of Registration page

    Important Certificate of Registration

    • After you complete the Player Registration Form including online payment information, you will click on the "submit" button; please be patient at that point because it can take awhile for your information to be processed; please do not click on the "submit" button a second time.
    • Once the form is processed, you will receive a Certificate of Registration.
    • If for any reason your payment is not approved, or you are kicked off the browser, please re-register.
    • If we cannot confirm payment, you will be required to pay the registration fee again.
    • If you do not receive a Certificate of Registration, your registration is not valid.
    • All registration forms from this page are on secure sites!!!

    Southwestern Youth Association has contracted with GroupNet Solutions and Authorize.net to electronically process credit card payments online.

    Refund Policy:
    Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received prior to the roster distribution meeting (coaches meeting) or the first regularly scheduled game that the registrant's team plays, which ever occurs first. Commissioners are authorized to return registration fees (minus any administrative fees) prior to that date. No fees will be returned after that time.

    Players participating in a rectangular field sport (flag football, lacrosse, and soccer) will have an $8.00 Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services fee added to each player’s registration fee for the season.
    Players participating in a diamond field sport (baseball, Babe Ruth, softball), gym sport (volleyball) or track will have a $5.50 Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services fee added to each player’s registration fee for the season.
    An additional fee of $30 will be added for all non Fairfax County player registrations.
    If you are registering for Spring Little League Baseball or Spring Babe Ruth Baseball and Travel Baseball, you must register the Spring Little League Baseball or Babe Ruth Baseball registration first before proceeding with the travel baseball registration.
